I've figured out a couple of things.
1.) After eating healthy food, the sugary junk from the vending machines at work makes me sick. I don't know, maybe my body has just gotten a accustomed to real food.
2.) Also, instead of cutting myself off completely, I save friday for my cravings. One day a week I give in too all my cravings, I write them down in my food journal over the week and when friday comes I start at the top of the list and by the third thing I usually don't want anymore sugar or fattening fried foods. I'm sating my cravings and keeping to a healthy diet.
3.) I've been really watching my servings so that I eat the proper portions
